 The Velvet Uzbek Tiger Dress is designed and sewn in NY and constructed from artisanal Uzbek textiles. The textile, also known as an Ikat, is hand loomed and vegetable dyed using heritage techniques from the region. The fibers are 90% silk, 10% cotton.

This dress is a body skimming style that floats away at the hem ever-so-slightly. It is  made from non-stretch velvet and incorporated with boning for chest support.

Please note that this piece is intended for tailoring. The contrast side paneling can be easily taken in or out without disrupting the tiger motif. Approximately 2 inches of extra fabric is hidden in the side seams should you need more room.
